Life's been pretty crazy recently. Busy as ever. I got some time to just chillax for a moment this morning, though, so I read through some of my past blogs.

I found this quote from something I posted after watching Vanilla Sky.

"Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around."

Things may be getting out of hand, but there's always a chance to stop and turn it all around.

Amidst all the awesomeness, there has to be control. And there will be.

expectations

it brings me laughter
after i see a rough draft
(er... whatever)
of what people think about me
what are all these expectations
based on?
the person that you see?
but what if the person i show you isn't really me?
you don't really know who i am
do i?
who am i?
i'm still trying to figure some of that out
but one thing i know without a doubt
is that i am human
and as a human
sometimes i stumble into confusion
sometimes i make mistakes
so just give me a break
don't put me on a pedestal
when you don't know me at all
am i flattered?
definitely yes
but what does it matter
if what you guess
is totally off the mark
please don't expect

see what i show you

setting your bets
on the expectations you set
but hey, i guess that's just your loss

A Story of Four People

This is the story of four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.

There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.

In the end, Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

break time

I've been so busy & tired lately. I finally got a break today (after teh Joe's Sushi & chilling) to just be at home not really doing much.

Quick recap:
